Just remember your AHEC Personal ID consists of: 2 digit birth month + 2 digit birth day + last 4 digits of your social security number. All of this will combine to make an 8 digit number that you should not forget as it will be your username to login into this website. (Example: if you were born on 04/08/1975 and your SS number is 123-456-7890, then your AHEC ID will be 04087890.)
